Hi, I’m Tina Wolfe.

My professional adventure of business ownership, leadership studies, professional development, and marketing & communications spans 27 years.

I grew up in a family that believed working hard and smart was not only beneficial to one’s own personal and professional development, but was an integral part of creating a healthy community.

My experience and studies taught me that strong business foundations create successful and sustainable enterprises that grow and thrive. What I discovered when I help entrepreneurs solve issues in their business, we track it back to a shaky foundation—no processes, no core value compass to navigate change and growth, no internal communication. What results is what I call departmental silos, a disconnected culture, and an environment ripe for issues.

I’ve built business foundational training and programs to help business leaders and their teams confidently build foundations, identify and solve issues, and create a balanced and healthy operation.
